42. Do I need a bank account to operate Firstmonie?
No. FirstMonie does not require subscribers to have a bank account. You just need a phone.
43. What happens if a customer does not receive a confirmation SMS from Firstmonie after a transaction?
If there is a delay in receiving an SMS from Firstmonie for more than 10 minutes, call the First money contact center and the status of your transaction on Firstmonie system will be confirmed.
44. What happens if a Mobile Network service is down?
Because Firstmonie relies on the network, if any telecom SMS service is down, Firstmonie will not work for that particular network

No. You will be able to carry out transactions at any agent’s location.

Yes. You can carry out transactions on FirstMonie if you are out of the country as long as you have roaming activated on your phone.
