According to eyewitnesses, he got into the woman’s shop, disguising as a
customer but stole the phone after he succeeded in distracting the
owner of the shop.
However,
unknown to the boy, someone across the road was watching as he put the
stolen phone in his pocket. The person immediately crossed to the shop
and asked him to hand over the phone he just stole.
He was then mercilessly beaten up and stripped naked.
