The FUTASUG election is fast approaching and as such, many aspirants have intensified their various campaigns both on social media and by visiting hostels to make awareness.
While many students know various candidates by name, most aren't aware of their plans for the union and what to expect should they emerge.
Based on this, Inside FUTASU in conjunction with the FUTASU Electoral Commission has set up a special date to bring the presidential candidates together to a debate. A debate on who has the best to offer the students when elected into power.
The debate is not a criteria to choose the president, it is however, a special occasion to know and tap into the idea of each candidates.
It is an event each and every student who wishes to exercise his/her civic rights must attend because it would help you to know more about each candidate and also help in your assessment of each candidate.
The Presidential Debate will take place on Friday 31st March 2017 by 2p.m. at T.I. Francis auditorium.
