There is palpable tension in Ede, the hometown of Late Senator Isiaka Adeleke. The cause of the tension is anchored on the cause of the death of the foremost politician.
Angry residents and sympathisers are charged as they touted that Isiaka
Adeleke we allegedly poisoned at a political gathering leading to his
death.
With this development, the remains of the first executive governor
earlier driven to his residence ahead burial had not been transported
according to sources back to Ladoke Akintola University Teaching
Hospital in Osogbo possibly for autopsy.
Bonfires are now seen as different locations in the two local
governments town. Journalists were not spared also as NTA reporter Tope
Alabi was beaten by angry mob.
