NICESA FUTA Pesidential Debate And Manifesto 2017/2018

Nigeria Institution Of Civil And Engineers Students' Affiliate had its Presidential Debate yesterday, 17th July, 2017 at the Civil And Environmental Engineering Classroom and its manifesto today 18th July, 2017 at the same venue. The Chairman Oloketuyi Opeyemi.A. (Marshal) talked to the aspirants about accountability, complacency, and good conduct.

He also talked to them about fund embezzlement, financial misappropriation and misuse of office. The aspirants were questioned and fully tested just like a pre-screening in which all aspirants displayed good political prowess.

The aspirants lit up the stage by saying things lacked by the association and things they would implement to make a positive and effective change.

The President 2015/2016 session Ramon Shakirat talked to the aspirants to bring forth peace, unity and tranquility, she advised that unity in the family is a good omen for young ones to learn from. She further stated if there is peace and unity, the association will be taken far and beyond and above all she wished them good luck.

Tomorrow 19th July, 2017 is the election day. Civil Engineering students are to come with their Voters Card (ID card) to vote wisely their choices. The election starts by 10am till 2pm, counting follows immediately. Announcement of winners will be broadcasted immediately.

Civil Engineering students 100, 200, 300 and 500 level are to come en masse.
