Jimmy Adewale Amu, popularly known as DJ Jimmy Jatt has debunked the popular believe that any youth who becomes a disc jockey will eventually turn to womanizing, smoking and other vices.
 
He said that most parents at that time did not allow their children to go into that line of profession because of the negativity associated with it. They thought that people doing such business are worst kind of people.Jimmy said that he vowed that he would prove the people wrong so that his parents will not regret allowing him become a disc jockey.

He noted that if he had eventually lived that manner of life; people would have blamed his parents as the architectof his misbehavior. But he never sis, he never gave his parents trouble. He was a good boy.However, not many people are aware that Jimmy comes from a broken home but he has vowed to ensure that his children do not go through what he went through.
