The Reds looked set to pick up a comfortable three points against Eddie Howe’s men, but the home side fought back to steal the win with a last minute goal.
An incredible comeback from Bournemouth saw Eddie Howe’s men beat Liverpool 4-3 on Sunday.
Jurgen Klopp’s side looked on their way to a comfortable win within the first quarter of the game, taking a two goal lead.
But the home side were able to fight back in the second half, meaning Liverpool slipped further behind Premier League leaders Chelsea.
Two minutes later, the lead was doubled. Divock Origi took on Jordan Henderson’s pass before rounding Artur Boruc and finding the net.
But less than 10 minutes later, Liverpool’s two goal cushion was restored through Can with a curling effort past Boruc.
The hosts were not quie finished there, though, as Ryan Fraser by tucking in after Wilson’s cut back.
As the game ticked down, it appeared the sides were set for a share of the spoils, only for Nathan Ake to pop up and net the winner in the 90th minute.
